Coverage Needed : 1st Site: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (Excludes every other Tuesday and Thursday) Friday - 24-hour shift, 8:00 am-5:00 pm 1st site only and dual campus coverage begins at 5:00 pm Both Sites: Friday - 5:00 pm through Monday at 8:00 am Holidays - 24-hour shift Open Dates: January 7am - 7am: Jan 1-5, 7, 12-19, 21, 26-31 (ending the following day at 7am) 7am-5pm: Jan 9, 23 February 7am - 7am: Feb 1-2, 4, 9-12, 16, 18, 20-28 (ending the following day at 7am) 7am-5pm: Feb 6 March 7am - 7am: March 1-2, 4, 9-16, 18, 20-26, 30 (ending the following day at 7am) 7am-5pm: March 6 Clinical Details : GI emergencies including ERCP procedures as needed Open to general GI that does not perform ERCP Daily Patient Volume: 1 Meditech EMR system 1st location: 466 beds, Level I; 2nd location: 292 beds, Level III Will not do routine scopes/colons on weekend Requirements : Active VA License and DEA DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Clean malpractice history Board Certified
