Gastroenterology Physician at Locums National

Locums National is seeking a highly skilled GI Hospitalist to provide inpatient GI call coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing ERCP and be comfortable managing a variety of GI conditions. Responsibilities: Provide inpatient GI call coverage for 3 weeks per month. See an average of 3-6 new inpatient consults per day. Perform an average of 5-8 procedures per day, including up to 5 elective, outpatient procedures that require anesthesia support. Communicate biopsy results to patients directly or through the designated clinic MA. Coordinate additional steps, such as referrals, follow-ups, and imaging. Participate in EPIC training. Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology. Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of WA. Experience in performing ERCP.
