Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
Utilize knowledge of transportation and logistics procedures

Verify documentation for incoming shipments

Accurately log shipment information into computer systems

Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documents

Troubleshoot issues and take corrective action as needed

Record and track shipment data with a high level of accuracy

Compare shipment contents against manifests, invoices, and order forms

Report discrepancies or variances to the accounting department

Inspect and document trailer temperatures

Record tractor, trailer, and seal numbers

Dispatch yard and dock moves to drivers

Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications

Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
