The REAS line of business supports critical Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) and Multi-Mission Air Defense (MMAD) programs, driving strategic growth through innovative solutions, strong customer partnerships, and successful capture efforts across domestic and international markets.
The work as a Senior Staff Business Development Analyst will support business growth initiatives across the GBAS and MMAD market segments. You'll partner with business development, capture, program management, communications, and functional teams to help identify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and execute successful captures. Responsibilities include managing New Business Fund accounts (MA/B&P), supporting Long Range Planning, maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships, coordinating trade shows and communications plans, assisting with proposal development, supporting product roadmap planning, and ensuring all activities comply with corporate policies and applicable regulations. This role includes domestic and international travel.
The REAS Business Development team is a collaborative, fast-paced organization focused on growing Lockheed Martin's presence in advanced air surveillance and integrated air defense markets. We work closely across functions to develop customer-focused solutions, strengthen strategic partnerships, and position the business for long-term success.
You are a strategic thinker with a background in business development, program management, or a technical discipline who enjoys collaborating across organizations to drive business growth. You build strong customer relationships, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and thrive managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You're organized, analytical, and motivated to support capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal development and execution.

Ability to meet schedule and budgets. Thorough knowledge of sensors or command and control systems. Previous experience working Internationally. Prior Leadership Experience. Technical undergraduate degree.
