We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments and are team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas. Industrials industries include aerospace and defense; automotive; building and construction; business services; capital goods; diversified industrials; industrial technology; transportation and infrastructure; and paper, forest products and packaging.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join our Industrials coverage team. Vice Presidents play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, leading deal teams, and executing a broad range of financial transactions. This position offers meaningful responsibility across advisory, structuring, and execution work.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and strengthen long-term client relationshipsLead and manage advisory teams, including analysts and associatesStructure and execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactionsExecute equity and debt financing transactionsDrive high-quality execution across all phases of transactionsQualificationsMaster’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of investment banking experience, orBachelor’s degree with 7 years minimum of investment banking or equivalent experienceSector expertise in Industrials is preferredProven experience executing M&A and financing transactionsStrong track record in an investment banking advisory roleAt least 2 years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associateSalary Range The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
