Come join the leader in advanced EV batteries! Summary:The General Affairs Specialist will support expatriation and immigration services for employees as needed. The GA Specialist will also provide administrative support including managing shared goods services through internal and external systems, while managing other GA related programs.Responsibilities:Support and monitor employee visa processes, ensuring policy complianceSupport benefits for expatriates, such as reviewing the contracts for housing, vehicle, insurance, phone, etc.Manage company benefits such as pool car and mobile phone programManage shared goods and services - office supply order and managementSupport general administrative tasks, including electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor registrationsOffice Management: Office Layout, Furniture Purchase, LG Signage, etc.Receive / route mail and order business cardsSupport HR & GA with administrative and project-related tasks and other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent, relevant experienceExperience:1 to 3+ years of Corporate Affairs or HR related experienceSkills:Administrative experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredExperience with ADP & SAP & CAD software and benefits systems is preferredStrong judgment and discretion with highly confidential informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to work flexible hours, when needed, to support areas of responsibility
