Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities for General CleanerKeeps premises of building in clean and orderly conditionClean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming themClean windows and mirrorsClean doors, door handles, countertops and tabletopsClean and supply restroomsRemove waste and empty trashMaintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspectedReplenish cleaning and maintenance suppliesOrganize janitorial storage areasNotify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenancePerforms other duties as assigned.Qualifications for General CleanerAbility to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policiesMust be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operationsAttention to detailAbility to follow schedules and keep commitmentsAbility to follow directions from a supervisorAbility to demonstrate professionalismMust be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a teamSentral Services is an equal opportunity employer.
