Open to what they provider can/can't do.• Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.• Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.Requirements:• State license required: Yes• DEA: Not required but preferred• Certifications required: BLSCredentialing Timeframe & requirements: Please allow one week minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing.
