General Foreperson (Full-Time)

$24-$26/hour + Full Benefits Package
United Clearing Services, founded in 2021, provides critical vegetation management, emergency restoration services, and right-of-way tree trimming to utility companies across Texas. We specialize in tree trimming, growth regulation, and vegetation mitigation around utility infrastructure to reduce the risk of damage from wind, rain, rot, and overgrowth-helping protect utility assets and community safety. We take pride in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective storm clearing solutions with a strong, team-first approach.
We're currently hiring a General Foreperson to oversee field operations across our Waco, Houston, and Waxahachie locations, with potential travel required during storm-related emergencies.

Lead and manage crews with a strong focus on safety and productivity
Assign daily tasks and ensure compliance with safety and utility standards
Coordinate with other supervisors and track overall project progress
Maintain clear, professional communication with crews and stakeholders
Keep accurate documentation and job site records
Top Qualifications:
18+ years old; able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Strong leadership and communication skills
1-2 years of proven experience supervising vegetation management line clearing crews, with a focus on safety compliance
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain clear documentatio
Physical, outdoor role with lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs), walking, kneeling, climbing, and standing
Full-time availability required: 10-12 hour shifts, up to 7 days/week during storm season
Weekend and holiday availability may be required
Must be willing to travel for storm restoration work when needed
