General Machine Operator at Carlisle Brake & Friction Inc
JOB DESCRIPTION
General Machine Operator - Join a Global Manufacturing Leader!
CentroMotion designs and builds high-performance brake, clutch, and transmission components used in transportation, agriculture, construction, and industrial markets. Join a team that helps build, move, and feed the world.
What You'll Do:
- Operate mechanical and automated manufacturing equipment
- Perform safe, efficient machine setup and operation
- Complete quality checks and document production
- Monitor equipment and report issues
- Keep machines clean and perform basic preventive maintenance
- Work independently and as part of a team
Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd
What You Need:
- High school diploma
- 1+ year manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
Bonus Skills: Mechanical aptitude, experience reading routers/BOMs/work instructions, willingness to learn.
