General Maintenance Level $1 Stone SolutionsFull Time : Monday - Friday (7AM-4PM) 40 Hours a weekHourly Rate: $17- - $20 Based on ExperienceLocation: Haltom City TXRequirements:Management ExperienceDrivers LicenseFacilities MaintenanceConstruction/SidingYou must be 18 years old.A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background/fingerprint check are required.Must be authorized to work in the U.SAble to lift up to 30lbs.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompletes the Districts maintenance mechanical electrical and plumbing work orders as assigned.Collaborates closely with the Departments Leads regarding routine maintenance as well as preventive maintenance.Demonstrates quality customer service daily.Is committed to working safely at all times.May collaborate with the Departments Regulatory Compliance Supervisor regarding environmental or other regulated concerns along with routine mechanical electrical and plumbing issues.May be assigned 1-2 helpers by the Department Lead to assist with completing work order assignments.Used iPad and Zendesk work order system to communicate and process work orders to completionGathers materials and tools necessary to complete work orders.General Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesUses departments work order system to manage productivity and efficiency of facility repairs and daily operations. Tracks work orders and insures that the work is completed in a timely manner.May assist in ordering house supplies equipment and materials. Insures products are safe to use and a proper inventory is maintained.Accepts other responsibilities as assigned.Attends all required meetings.Works on special projects.Performs other duties as assigned.Physical ConditionsLocation of job may be in the office shop warehouse vehicle outdoors on roofs in crawl spaces above ceilings and below floors. Sits stands walks bends and twists on a daily basis. Kneels crouches squats climbs and lifts several times per week.
