General Maintenance Tech at Asbury Communities

Performs preventive maintenance schedule and completes maintenance work orders. Repairs and solves maintenance problems including items such as changing out electrical fixtures installing ceiling tiles cleaning fan coil units repairing/replacing toilets and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances.Performs minor troubleshooting of dietary equipment and plumbing repairs. Completes boiler checks and reporting procedures.
