Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to established schedules and performance metrics to enhance equipment reliability. Utilize appropriate tools to safely disassemble and reassemble machine components during scheduled maintenance activities. Apply solvents, lubricants, and cleaning agents to ensure proper machine functionality and longevity. Assess equipment condition and recommend improvements to procedures, repairs, or component replacements when necessary Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, with 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience. Experience working with high-speed packaging, processing, or general manufacturing equipment is preferred. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Demonstrated capability to perform well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect for others. Solid technical aptitude with the ability to apply basic electrical and mechanical principles in hands-on situations.
