General Manager 3 - Food at Sodexo

Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 (Food) for Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SE) located in Durant, OK.

This position oversees the food service at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. This includes resident dining for approximately 600 boarders, an Einstein Bros Bagels as well as catering and snack bar. You will be responsible for directing a staff of approximately 35 from recruitment, hiring, training, motivation and rewards. You will interact with the campus leadership to ensure student satisfaction as well as community involvement through catering and athletic events. While not the main focus of this position, culinary knowledge along with the ability to stand-in when the chef is out is required.
