Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Director of Operations is tasked with multi-site support of store operations as well as the development and implementation of training programs and documents with the objective of creating consistency in operational excellence across all locations.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Support Car Wash Managers with an eye on continuous improvement and developmentEstablish the standard for customer service, quality and cleanlinessTravel between locations to offer education and follow up around products, services, promotions and/or operational initiativesAct as the company expert on wash equipment, chemicals and application processes and service initiativesHire or promote, train and evaluate Car Wash ManagersPartner with HR to address and/or resolve employee relations mattersField and resolve customer or employee issues as neededDevelop, implement and deliver training programs and support documents that outline best practices for:Tunnel equipment inspections, maintenance and troubleshootingChemical application, inventory, ordering and storageOpening and closing proceduresAdditional initiatives as determinedEssential:Minimum 3 years of experience in the car wash industry as an operational leaderAdvanced understanding of car wash equipment, its order of operations and maintenance/upkeep best practicesExperience with wash chemicals and their application processesCross trained in wash equipment troubleshooting and general repairUnderstanding of wash POS systemsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office programsStrong written skills with experience creating training documentsDesirable:Understanding of DRB programming and customizationLeadership, self-driven, high energy, positive attitude, adaptability, enthusiasm to achieve goals, excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPI161feff247fe-25405-39178997
