With a competitive hourly base rate uncapped commissions and a lucrative bonus structure our GMITs earn an average annual compensation up to $45000 depending on performance.As a General Manager in Training you willSuccessfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis.
