S/he represents the brand and business within the community and builds and internally develops his/her team comprising of AGM Shift Supervisors and restaurant team members covering BOH and FOH responsibilities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreates a positive work environment while striving to fulfill and execute ourMission StatementFollows and maintains food safety HACCP process Daily communication with upper management Monitoring quality and cleanliness of food and store environment Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor Washlarge restaurant pots and pansEmptying trashbins in dumpsterRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus).
