Job Description
SUMMARY:Directly supervises employees at the Kiamichi Railroad Company L.L.C. (KRR) and Dallas Garland & Northeastern Railroad Inc. (DGNO) railroads. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
