- Support marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer â€' first service
- Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume automotive, RV, Marine, or Powersports
- Motorcycle experience or Harley â€' Davidson enthusiasm is a major advantage
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financials and drive profitability
- Exceptional leadership skills - able to motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer â€' service abilities
- High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for the Harley â€' Davidson lifestyle
- Ability to thrive in a fast â€' paced, high â€' traffic dealership environment
