We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of our newest restaurant location. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization that values leadership, accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence.


As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for restaurant operations, team development, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and culture. We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads from the floor, develops people, and takes ownership of results.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management team
• Create a positive, accountable, and hospitality-driven culture
• Build leadership depth and succession planning within the restaurant
• Lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism


Operations Management

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety
• Maintain strong scheduling, inventory, ordering, and operational systems
• Drive operational excellence through coaching, accountability, and follow-through


Financial Performance

• Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllable expenses
• Analyze P&L statements and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive sales growth while protecting profitability
• Achieve and exceed established financial and operational goals


Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Foster community engagement and build guest loyalty
• Create an environment that guests and employees want to return to


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant environment
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant operation
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, P&L management, labor, and cost controls
• Experience leading management teams and developing future leaders
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Passion for hospitality and team development


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience managing annual sales volumes of $4M+ preferred
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and restaurant management systems


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
