This role provides strategic oversight of internal departments ensures the accuracy and integrity of operational processes and supports employees vendors and customers through efficient and responsive management. Reports to Dielectric Executive Management on the health of the EMS organization.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen exceptional organizational skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral ManagementEstablish man and machine rates for new year costingMaintain operational software systemsResolve customer and vendor account discrepancies by following RMA processManage insurance coverage and documentation for company vehiclesMaintain current registrations and insurance cardsProvide leadership and direction to all internal departmentsServe as ISO Internal Auditor and participate in Management ReviewPrepare and maintain business forms licenses and company recordsSupport audits and maintain regulatory complianceManage utility and service contractsParticipate in customer and vendor meetingsServe as primary EMS representativeReview building maintenance needs and vendor proposalsVendor ManagementOversee company credit card activity expenses and reconciliationsProvide credit references as neededApprove vendor invoices and ensure process accuracy and traceabilityApprove purchase requests outside of materialCustomer ManagementEvaluate customer credit limits and approve or deny payment termsManage payment termsMonitor Accounts Receivable for delinquency resolutionMonitor fluctuations in Sales by Customer and root cause of declines/inclinesCommunicate with outside Sales regarding customer fluctuationsStaff ManagementMaintain positive environment through edification and positive remediationEstablish profit margin goals for Estimating TeamOversee and manage Estimating Team with corresponding metrics and reportingLead full-cycle AP AR Purchasing and Logistics processesSupport employees with health insurance-related issuesMaintain employee beneficiary recordsEnsure accurate employee information and payroll dataLead new hire onboarding and general HR functionsNegotiate compensation packages and maintain job descriptionsCoordinate staffing needs with agenciesSubmit required new-hire reportingAssist with bonus programs commission schedules and compensation reviewsApprove medical and safety-related reimbursementsOversee required employee trainingParticipate in corrective action remediation and terminationsInterview candidates for all rolesApprove vacation requests and support staffing balanceQualifications7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations finance or business administrationStrong financial literacy including AP/AR oversight costing and credit evaluationExperience managing HR functions including hiring onboarding and employee relationsDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalismStrong communication analytical and decision-making skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and business/ERP systemsWork EnvironmentPrimary office environment with frequent interaction on the manufacturing floorExposure to noise equipment and temperature variations when on the shop floorRequires sitting standing and light lifting of files office materials and documentationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits including:Profit sharing100% company-paid 401(k) match100% company-paid health/vision/dentalRegular bonusesAnd more RegardsVinod Pandey Talent acquisition specialistEmail: NS IT Solutions Old Bridge NJ 08857Your Partner in Talent Delivery and Business GrowthRequired Skills:DOCUMENTATION Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Hospitality Experience,Interviewing,Management Experience,Profit & Loss,Employment & Labor Law,Sanitation,Leadership Experience,P&L Management,Restaurant Management,Retail Management,Recruiting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
