You will ensure smooth business operations drive revenue and lead a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations & Leadership:Take full ownership of all daily operations for the Orlando locationSupervise the Power Washing Field Service Manager and all field employeesEnsure all projects are completed efficiently safely and to the highest standardsMonitor workflow staffing and operational processes to maintain quality and profitabilityMentor train and develop staff to maximize performance and career growthSolve operational challenges with a proactive hands-on approachSales & Business Development:Lead business development efforts and oversee outside sales activitiesWork with the office manager and sales team to coordinate leads appointments and estimatesPersonally manage key client relationships and follow up on high-value prospectsDevelop strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer baseAdministration & Reporting:Track operational and sales metrics to ensure company goals are metReview and interpret basic financial statements budgets and reconciliationsReport directly to the owner on performance challenges and opportunitiesOversee administrative functions and maintain smooth efficient workflowsQualifications:Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience preferably in service or field operationsProven track record in sales and business developmentStrong communication organizational and problem-solving skillsMechanically inclined comfortable learning about power washing systems vehicles and equipmentResults-driven self-motivated and capable of independent decision-makingStrong ability to motivate coach and inspire a teamExperience in power washing or exterior cleaning is a plus but not requiredExperience reviewing basic financial statements and reconciliations preferredCollege degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not requiredTake Charge of Your Career:If youre ready to own the daily operations solve problems lead a growing team and earn uncapped profit sharing while running a location of the largest power washing company in the USA apply today to become the General Manager of Rolling Suds Orlando!
