Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Safety Contract Administration and Information Technology Systems) provide strategic oversight for daily train operations and much more.Well look to you for:Overseeing and coordinating Contractors performance of obligations under the AgreementExercising authority and autonomy over operations including decision-making for subcontractors vendors and suppliersProviding mentorship and training to 3 subordinate Assistant General ManagersAttending Authority Board meetings and performance review meetings with Authority staffAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
