General Production Worker Up To $19/hr!

Join a leading Capital Equipment Manufacturer renowned for producing large assembly lines for prominent companies. This position is for a General Laborer on the 1st shift, working within a collaborative team in the paint department to assist with cleaning parts and basic assembly of components.

Responsibilities:

• Work within a team of 4-6 people to meet project demands.
• Assist in cleaning parts and performing basic assembly of components.
• Ensure quality inspection of assembled parts.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a laborer or production worker.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience operating industrial machinery.
• 1+ years of experience with a sander or grinder.

Work Environment:

Located in Fredericktown, OH, our custom facility accommodates the size of the Capital Equipment we produce. The environment is divided into several departments including Machining, Assembly, Weld/Fabrication, Paint, and Engineering/Design. Our clean and safe shop requires adherence to OSHA standards, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and noise. The role involves standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a focus on safety and effective communication.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericktown, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
