What You'll Do

• Load raw materials into vats in the correct order, position them under mixers, and unload finished product.
• Enter production data, create labels, and dispense product into pails or tubes before capping, inspecting, and preparing for shipment.
• Perform quality checks, weigh and measure materials, and clean equipment to maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
• Support continuous improvement by following processes and identifying opportunities to enhance workflow.

What You Bring

• At least 3+ months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in fast food, farm work, packaging, QA, shipping/receiving, or machine operation is a plus.
• Ability to handle general labor tasks, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy in a production environment.

Work Environment

You'll work in an organized production facility that can be dusty in the Liquid Cell Area. Dress code includes long or short sleeves, steel?toe boots, and full?length pants. Uniforms are provided at no cost for qualifying positions. Employees are treated as full?time team members from day one, with a workplace that values safety, consistency, and community.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
