General Production Worker

We are seeking a reliable General Production Worker to support daily production operations. This role involves assisting with basic manufacturing tasks, and material handling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform general production and labor tasks
• Assist with operating basic equipment and tools
• Support loading, unloading, and material handling
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous general labor or production experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Shifts & schedule:

• 1st Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:00 PM (overtime on Fridays)
• 2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 2:00 PM12:00 AM (overtime on Fridays)
• Must be willing to work one weekend per month

Work environment:

This position is based in an industrial setting and may involve both indoor and outdoor work. Conditions can vary. Employees work as part of a small team and are required to wear provided safety equipment. Steel-toed boots are required.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Bangor, WI.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
