This position will adhere to and promote the Company mission while operating within the confines of the Company’s core values and contributing to the success of their functional team.Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Change oil and oil filters in cars and light trucksProvide automobile tire care in the form of installation, repair and rotationInspect and top off engine fluidsLubricate Frontend parts as neededPerform accurate and thorough vehicle inspections following a checklist of potential trouble spots such as: belts, hoses, brakes, etc.Move and operate customer vehicles into and out of service baysMaintain positive customer relationshipsMaintain positive and productive working relationships with co-workers and managementKeep tools, equipment and work areas clean and functionalMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaAct in a professional manner suitable as to represent our organization with which you are employed, always and in every instance projecting an attitude of trust, honesty, and respectQualificationsWe are looking for:A High School Diploma, GED or equivalentOne year or more years of experience in basic car care helpful but not necessaryCustomer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environmentMust be mechanically inclinedValid driver’s licenseAbility to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screenEffective communication and interpersonal skillsTop-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customersWillingness to work Saturdays Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bendingAt time, exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objectsRequires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materialsBy completing this application, you are agreeing that you are able to meet the physical requirements listed for this role.
