One day you may be organizing storage areas and processing inbound shipments. The next you may be supporting the Loading or Vinyl teams during high-volume periods. No prior tent industry experience is required. We will train you on everything you need to know. What we cannot train is adaptability, reliability, and the toughness to handle a physically demanding workload that changes with the needs of the business.

• Put away received materials in designated warehouse locations accurately.
• Maintain organized, clean, and properly labeled storage areas throughout the facility.
• Perform cycle counts and support ongoing inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Assist the Loading team with truck loading and unloading during peak periods.
• Assist the Vinyl team with material handling, staging, and workflow support as needed.
• Perform general facility maintenance including sweeping, trash removal, and workspace upkeep.
• Support outdoor back lot organization including material staging and equipment storage.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Respond to ad hoc operational needs as directed by department leadership.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For
• Ability to read, count, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 lbs, occasionally more with assistance.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
• Steel-toe boots required, worn at all times on the warehouse floor and back lot.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a full shift every scheduled day.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever the job requires.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
• Adaptable and willing to shift between tasks and departments based on daily operational priorities.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to take direction and work independently.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
This is a physically demanding role. You will be on your feet for the duration of every shift.
• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials, up to 75 lbs regularly and occasionally more with team assistance.
• Repeated bending, stooping, reaching, and overhead work throughout the day.
• Work is performed in both indoor warehouse and outdoor back lot environments, with exposure to seasonal weather including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
Candidates must be prepared to work hard in a fast-paced, labor-intensive setting. This role requires grit, stamina, and a willingness to push through long, physically demanding days.
