We deliver tailored solutions, tested leadership, and trusted results to enable national security missions worldwide.Job DescriptionOverview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Generator Technician to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location. Essential Job Duties Capable of troubleshooting engines, fuel systems, controls, and generators using prints,diagrams, and specifications.Capable of maintaining and operating megawatt rated high amperage and high voltage generators.Knowledge of working with and monitoring contracted maintenance services.Provide guidance and oversight for any person under their supervision.Willingness to work on-call, rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. QualificationsMinimum Requirements Active in scope Secret security clearance.High school diploma or equivalent, vocational or trade school graduate or equivalent apprenticeship.Minimum eight (8) years of generator maintenance experience, three (3) of which in a lead or supervisory role. Additional InformationWork EnvironmentMust reside at an overseas location.Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.Wearing of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.Working at SOSiAll interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
