Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:As a Hyundai Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately diagnosing and recommending appropriate repairs and maintenance services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will work closely with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Your ultimate goal will be to build long-lasting relationships with customers and ensure their continued loyalty to our dealership.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in a customer service or automotive service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in computer systems and softwarePreferred Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related fieldASE certificationExperience with Hyundai vehiclesExperience with Dealertrack softwareResponsibilities:Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcomeListen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicle issuesRecommend appropriate repairs and maintenance services based on customer needs and vehicle requirementsProvide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timelinesEnsure timely and efficient service delivery by working closely with the service teamSkills:As a Hyundai Service Advisor, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction. You will also use your diagnostic and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance services.
