Experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.Geotechnical Driller Qualifications:Able to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 75 poundsExperience operating drill rigs or heavy equipmentMechanical aptitude and enjoy working with machinery Good communication and problem-solving skillsBasic math skillsWilling to travel throughout New York StateA valid New York State CDL driver’s license or the ability to obtain within 3 monthsA positive attitude, with ability to work independently and in a team environmentEnjoy working outdoors in a hands-on environmentGeotechnical Driller Responsibilities:Mobilization of drilling equipment and supplies to various locations throughout New York StateSafely operate and maintain drill rigs and associated equipment to execute geotechnical and environmental investigation programs in accordance with industry standards and project specific scopes of workMaintain safe work sites conforming to OSHA and project specified standardsPrepare boring, test pit, and monitor well construction logsInstall geotechnical instrumentationEffectively communicate with Engineers, Geologists, Scientists, Project Managers, and owner’s representativesATL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
