Learn more at.What Youll Do:At CoreWeave our Strategy and Transformation team is building a next-generation Global Business Services (GBS) function to drive operational excellence and scale across our enterprise. This team serves as the connective tissue between HR Operations Procurement Legal and Finance delivering intelligent digitally enabled services that empower our teams to focus on innovation and growth.About the Role:As the Global Business Services (GBS) Manager you will lead the strategic direction transformation and daily operations of CoreWeaves shared services ecosystem. Youll drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across multiple business functions leveraging automation data and emerging technologies like GenAI and agentic systems. Partnering closely with stakeholders and external providers youll ensure service excellence governance and scalability all while embedding innovation and digital fluency into the foundation of our enterprise operations.Who You Are:8 years of experience in shared services or GBS leadership within a large or fast-scaling organizationProven success driving service delivery transformation across functions such as HR Operations Procurement or LegalDeep expertise in digital enablement process automation and GenAI or agentic technologiesStrong understanding of service management governance design and performance frameworksSkilled in stakeholder management executive communications and data-driven decision-makingExperience leading cross-functional multi-location teams and managing external service partnersDemonstrated ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps transformation initiatives and performance goalsProven track record managing vendor relationships contracts and service-level accountabilityStrong operational and financial acumen with experience optimizing service delivery costs and efficienciesPreferred:Advanced degree in Business Technology or a related fieldExperience implementing GBS operating models or standing up shared service functions from inceptionPrior background in high-growth cloud-native or AI-enabled enterprisesWondering if youre a good fit We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams even if you arent a 100% skill or experience match. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location.
