Department OverviewThe Global Enterprise Sales Operations team plays a vital role inside the Motorola Solutions Ecosystem focusing on developing and implementing an impactful and effective seller experience including program tools and processes. As a result this enables sales to achieve their short and long-term objectives.Job DescriptionThe Global Enterprise Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team in terms of reporting and data analytics. They will work closely with sales leadership to support strategic planning and goal setting assist with sales forecasting and contribute to the development of sales strategies through data-driven insights. They will maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. Portions of this business will be global in nature and may require meetings outside of typical business hours.Responsibilities include:Drive the sales forecasting and quota setting processes for the Enterprise Strategic Account and Mobile Video sales organizationProviding support to the sales team in terms of data reports and insights to enhance their effectivenessAnalyzing sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvementManaging and maintaining salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date informationIdentifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operationsProviding training to the sales team on tools processes and best practicesTracking and reporting on key sales metrics such as conversion rates win/loss analysis and pipeline managementDevelop strategies and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency quality and productivity as well as apply data cleansing techniques and develop new data acquisition methodsManage ad hoc projects in order to enhance sales efficiency and effectivenessAssist in sales compensation and commission calculationsOther duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:5 years experience in Sales OperationsProficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau sales applications report and dashboard creation knowledge of sales cycle and territory managementProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets at advanced level as well as fluency in Google (Gmail Google Drive etc.)Experienced in Order and Revenue Forecasting modelsUnderstanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet PIVOT tables and basic functionalityExcellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior management sales team members and the IT teamAbility to foster collaborative and effective working relationships to drive change and build consensus with cross-functional teams in the US and internationallyAnalytical and judgment skills necessary to identify cause-and-effect relationships and present recommendations and be able to present complex data in simple understandable formatEffective time management project management and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines and changing prioritiesSelf-motivated and able to operate with limited direction in a fast-paced project-driven environmentAbility to work outside normal business hours in order to accommodate international time zonesTarget Base Salary Range: $72500 - $825000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
