Global Head of Fixed Income Service at Vanguard

We are seeking a senior executive leader to define and lead Vanguard’s global Fixed Income Service function, encompassing investment data, portfolio administration, and trade support capabilities across fixed income portfolios and strategies.This role owns the global operating model, long-term strategy, and execution of services supporting the end-to-end fixed income investment lifecycle, including complex instruments and global markets. You will partner closely with senior investment, trading, risk, and technology leaders to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality operating capabilities that enable portfolio performance and risk-aware execution.As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will shape investment operations strategy, manage enterprise risk outcomes, and drive transformation to support evolving product complexity, market dynamics, and regulatory expectations.Why This Role MattersThis role is critical to enabling Vanguard’s fixed income platform to operate with precision, resilience, and global scale.
