Global IT Co-Op - Business & IT SupportLocation: Saginaw MI (onsite required 2-3 days per week)Department: IT / Global ERP TeamReports To: Global ERP ManagerPosition SummaryWe are seeking a driven business student with solid IT competencies to join our Global ERP Team. This role offers practical experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems business process support and IT application security management. It represents an outstanding opportunity to acquire valuable expertise at the intersection of business and technology within a global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage business request forms for ERP-related activitiesAdminister business relationships within our current ERP systemHandle ERP security requests including user access provisioning and role assignmentsAssist with security audits and compliance checks within the ERP environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of requestsDocument processes and maintain records for audit and reporting purposesGenerate and facilitate ad-hoc reporting to address business and IT requirements within the ERP systemDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ERP teamTake on miscellaneous team tasksQualificationsCandidate must be attending a 2-year college or 4-year university local to Saginaw (position requires onsite presence)Currently pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business Information Systems or a related disciplineCandidate must be able to work 20-32 hours / week during Fall and Winter semestersUp to 40 hours / week when not in schoolMust have cumulative 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scaleMust be a full-time student (12 or more credits) during Fall and Winter semestersCandidate must be proficient with Microsoft Products (Office 365 Word Excel PowerPoint)Candidate must be a self-starter able to work with limited direction and able to solicit help as neededFamiliarity with ERP systems fundamentalsExcellent skills in communication and organizationCandidate must have right to work in the US and not require current or future sponsorshipPreferred SkillsExperience working with Microsoft PowerBI and / or PowerAppsExperience working in a team environmentSeeking a sophomore or junior with the ability to work with us for a minimum of 1.5 yearsNexteer is an Equal Opportunity Employer Disabled/Minorities/Veterans/WomenNexteer is an E-Verify employer.
