Multimodal Practice scope includes Air, Car, Rail client's worldwide spend categories. This role allocates resources, leads client engagements, ensures high-quality project delivery, and identifies opportunities for growth. The leader hires, mentors and develops team members, fosters innovation in processes and products, and maintains strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and industry partners. The leader is a member of the Advito Leadership Team.As a Global Practice Area Leader you willManage a global and cross functional multi-level teamLead client engagements managing project to timelines, client expectations and resource budgets Identify additional revenue opportunities in both current and future engagementsWork with Sales and Marketing to position and differentiate Advito's products and services in the marketStay abreast of industry trends and technology product lines Identify competitive threats and emerging problems and offer swift solutions to preserve the integrity of relationshipsMaintain constructive relationships with account and travel managers and share trends/industry changesWork closely with BCD Travel account managers, sales managers and supplier relations staff to support client baseProvide program and account management for clients and support sales efforts by pursuing cross-sell/upsell opportunities in an effort to expand business with current clientsAct as a point of escalation for all customer concernsDrive improvements in tools and process initiatives Engage in knowledge sharing and best practice sharingProvide support for internal Advito projects To be successful in this role you must:Be passionate about ensuring your team is set up to succeedEnjoy interacting with a wide range of customers and internal BCD and Advito stakeholdersBe creative in offering innovative solutions that benefit customers, teams, and the organization while advancing industry leadership in air and ground spend managementWork alongside consultancy leaders to deliver engagements efficiently and consistently, ensuring valuable outcomes for customers in every practice area.Harness technology and champion the business travel industry's journey toward a sustainable, low-carbon futureAbout you10+ years Travel Industry and consulting experience in mid to senior level management Outstanding project management skillsIn depth experience with airline industryDemonstrated capability in overseeing numerous client relationships, adhering to deadlines, and delivering high-quality resultsOutstanding verbal, written and presentation communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and work with diverse, cross functional international teamsAdvanced analytical skillsHighly developed problem solving and decision making capabilities Self-motivated and goal orientedAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data visualization software skills required. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Global Practice Area Leader- Advito is between $143,500 and $160,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location. If you are based in Europe, this salary range does not apply, and compensation will be discussed at a later stage in the process.
