This will include managing a signoff review cadence for programs with appropriate application and core teams based on content at intervals relative to milestone dates (UPV0 through OKTB). In addition you will support and mentor the global organization by facilitating structured problem-solving methods for resolution of technical issues for both in-flight development and ongoing production driving robust issue closure in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesIn this position...Frequent global travel to various Ford and supplier locations to facilitate signoff reviews and issue resolution.Act as technical architect for Closures & HLM product reviews and signoffs on a global scale.Develop and maintain a key dates lookahead file that coordinates signoff reviews with program gateways/milestones based on program scale/change content.Generate FEDE status reports (DVP & FMA) for program status to milestone deliverables (UPV0-OKTB).Develop and maintain signoff scorecard templates for deployment to application teams. Manage the organization of completed scorecards in appropriate storage repository.Lead structured problem-solving methods and activities utilizing 8D 3x5 why and other tools to facilitate clear and concise communication of complex technical issues.Act as technical resource internally & externally on component & vehicle systems.
