Global Stock Plan Services (GSPS) Corporate Actions Analyst

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Global Stock Plan Services (GSPS) Corporate Actions Analyst in WM Operations to provide support for Global Stock Plan Services (GSPS) by processing corporate action events impacting stock plan participants. The role ensures accurate entitlement, reconciliation, and timely execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions while partnering with Operations, Technology, and external agents to mitigate risk and support premium participant experience.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Process transactions/tasks within coverage area
  • Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
  • Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
  • Process corporate action events affecting GSPS / stock plan holdings
  • Ensure accurate interpretation, entitlement calculation, and execution of events
  • Perform reconciliation and resolve residual differences and breaks
  • Support risk identification, mitigation, and control adherence
  • Respond to corporate action inquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Assist with process documentation, improvement initiatives, and reporting

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Ability to build trust and find innovative ways to improve teamwork, functions/processes and create a positive work environment
  • Understanding of business area supported, client requirements, and importance of not compromising control to comply with client requests
  • Experience in at least 0-2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required

Salary range for the position: $58,000.00/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
