The co-op program gives each student real-life hands-on experience coaching and mentoring networking opportunities and the chance to meet people from various schools throughout the country. We offer an interactive team environment where your capabilities and skills will be developed to build a strong career foundation.You will be responsible for:Data Analytics & Process Automation: Assist in transforming complex trade data into actionable insights streamline processes through automation and create compelling visualizations to support decision-making at a global level.Business-Technical Liaison: Serve as a key link between the business team and the technical team translating various business needs into clear technical requirements. This role will ensure that the technical team fully understands the business context and objectives enabling them to implement solutions more accurately and efficiently.Team Execution: support key areas of our organization including execution of daily tasks training metrics etc.Qualifications / Requirements:Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelors Master of Science and/or MBA and not graduating before July 11th 2026.Preferred Majors: Supply Chain Management Engineering (Biomedical Chemical Biochemical Computer Software Systems Electrical Industrial) Materials Sciences Packaging Sciences Business (Management Marketing etc.) or related fields.Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher which is reflective of all college coursework.Data Analysis and Process Automation with experience in Power BI Power Automate Power Apps Alteryx R Tableau SQL Python etc is highly desirable.Supply Chain Management / Global Trade Compliance.Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.Excellent communication presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results.Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals.Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired.Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g. H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
