Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEAM-Mosca Corp., Hazle Township, PA, a dynamic market leader in the area of end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions is seeking a driven and experienced individual to manage and execute our national trade show and expo initiatives. The EAM-Mosca Marketing Team is hiring a Trade Show Administrator/Specialist responsible for collaborating, executing and supporting multiple aspects of trade show management for our organization. Primary responsibilities will include organizing trade show initiatives to support the company’s expo strategy of growing national recognition of our brands and acquiring new customer leads. The Trade Show Administrator/Specialist is accountable for ensuring that all aspects of trade shows return optimum performance against the objectives set for each show, including but not limited to: research, registration and booth configuration, management of booth display shipping, managing on-site rentals and 3rd party support, budget recommendations, on-site/remote support for show staff, and communications efforts related to each show.Role and Responsibilities: Ensure trade show best practices are followedIdentify appropriate new events/shows/opportunities and evaluate ROI on existing shows.Assist with cost estimates and expense reporting to ensure all shows stay on budget.Work with Marketing & Leads Specialist to explore, analyze and recommend sponsorship opportunities.Manage and update annual show calendar and keep all necessary parties informed of show dates, application deadlines, booth assignments, etc.Handle all trade show logistics including but not limited to:Booth location selectionContracting necessary show servicesGather all materials, assets, supplies, booth staging, furniture, tools, etc., and arrange for shipping to and from each showWork with EAM-Mosca creative team to develop and produce all marketing and display assets needed for each show (Booth graphics, POP Displays, signage, handouts, invitations, etc.).Create and manage EAM-Mosca listings on tradeshow dashboards to increase booth visitation.Maintain accurate show records.Develop & maintain positive working relationships with trade organizations, show management, EAM-Mosca Sales, Service, Engineering Teams, and 3rd party vendors.Meet with Marketing Team on a regular basis to discuss and report on items for which the Trade Show Admin/Specialist is responsible.Communicate with EAM-Mosca Sales team to determine who will represent the company at each show and place orders for machinery/equipment to be displayed.Manage show attendee roster including hotel reservations and badge orders.Assist in the development and deployment of social media content for each show.Research and order giveaways and handouts to be used at shows and sales events.Input and manage all Marketing Department Purchase Orders and submit all department invoices in accounting system.Other duties for Marketing Department and Local Events as assigned. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required3+ years of regional/national trade show experienceOutstanding organizational skillsExcellent communications skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office productsExperience with Salesforce/comparable CRM preferredEAM-Mosca Corporation is an Equal Opportunity employer.
