DescriptionIf you are a Welding Engineering professional looking for an opportunity to grow Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in our Boulder Colorado location you will serve as a technical expert supporting global manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with welders and engineers across multiple world areas to solve complex welding challenges improve processes and ensure product quality and reliability. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in welding and metallurgy excellent communication skills and a passion for solving problems in a collaborative global environment.In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for welding processes across global manufacturing sites.Develop and optimize welding procedures to improve quality efficiency and compliance with industry standards.Interface with welders engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve welding-related issues.Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for welding defects and failures.Support new product introductions by developing weld programs and processes that enable innovation and manufacturability.Ensure welding practices meet safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.Who You Are:You are a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a global cross-functional environment.
