Job Description: We are seeking an experienced & highly skilled and motivated GM Automotive Service Advisor (prefer auto dealership experience as a service writer) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Greet customers and obtain vehicle information. Accurately assess customer vehicle concerns and provide clear concise repair estimates. Communicate effectively with technicians regarding repairs and vehicle status. Manage customer expectations and address any concerns promptly. Process payments and maintain accurate service records. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Qualifications: Minimum 2 year of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. (Prefer at an auto dealership). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in automotive repair terminology and procedures. Experience with automotive repair software preferred.
