GNA Part-Time | Day and Evening Shifts Available

We are currently hiring Part-Time Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) to join our Health Center team.

Available Shifts: Choose the schedule that works best for you:

Day Shift: 6:45 AM 3:15 PM Evening Shift: 2:45 PM 11:15 PM

Full-Time opportunities Shift differential for weekends Alternating weekends required

What You'll Do:

As a GNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents under the supervision of a nurse. Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Take vital signs and report changes in condition Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Provide meals, hydration, and feeding assistance Maintain a clean and safe environment Respond to call lights promptly Document care and communicate with nursing staff

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

Active GNA certification in Maryland CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous healthcare or senior care experience preferred (not required) Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for working with older adults Basic computer skills for documentation
