We thrive on solving complex challenges and are committed to creating solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled GNSS Systems Engineer with strong experience in GNSS hardware, module development, and performance optimization. This role focuses on evaluating and enhancing the performance of GNSS chipsets and modules by working closely with firmware engineers and RF teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGNSS Module Development & Chipset UnderstandingContribute to the design, development, and technical review of GNSS modules.Deep understanding of the GNSS chipset architecture, signal tracking algorithms, baseband behavior, and performance characteristics, and provide technical review and integration guidance.Collaborate with hardware teams to improve RF front-end design, antenna integration, and overall module performance.Review module-level schematics, PCB layout, and RF signal path decisions.Signal Processing & TrackingApply strong knowledge of GNSS signal tracking, acquisition, multi-frequency processing, and interference mitigation.Analyze raw GNSS data (IQ samples, tracking logs, navigation messages) to diagnose performance issues.Embedded Systems & FirmwareDebug and optimize embedded RTOS & Linux C/C++ firmware for GNSS modules.Troubleshoot firmwarehardware integration issues and propose fixes.Support continuous performance improvements through firmware updates.Familiar with ARM and/or RISC-V toolchain.Performance Analysis, Debugging & Production ReadinessPerform detailed GNSS chipset and module performance evaluations under real-world conditions.Debug issues involving signal quality, multipath, RF interference, timing, sensor fusion, or hardware anomalies.Work with engineering teams on GNSS chipset performance tuning and module mass-production readiness.Create clear documentation, test reports, and technical recommendations.Cross-Team CollaborationParticipate in design reviews with the Silicon teamand provide technical guidance.Required QualificationsMasters degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer, Robotics, Aerospace, or related field).Deep understanding of GNSS systems, tracking loops, signal structures (GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, GLONASS), interference, and multipath.Strong hands-on experience with embedded RTOS & Linux C/C++, firmware debugging, and hardware bring-up.Experience with RF systems, antennas, and GNSS module hardware.Ability to analyze GNSS raw data, track logs, and RF measurements.Strong debugging skills across hardware, firmware, and signal domains.Nice to Have QualificationsExperience with GNSS high-precision technologies, including PVT, RTK, PPP, and multi-frequency positioning.Hands-on experience with GNSS + IMU sensor fusion, including integration, calibration, and performance tuning.Benefits401(k)Dental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceHow to ApplyWed love to hear from you!
