We're looking for a Golf Cart Driver Supervisor, because "The Person Who Keeps People, Product, and Carts Moving in Perfect Sync Across the Entire Course" is just a little too long for a job title.

Our best Supervisors love organizing teams, solving problems in real time, and making sure operations stay on track no matter where the action is happening.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving golf carts to assist food & beverage operations across all areas of the course during the 2026 U.S. Open Golf Championship at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club. You'll help ensure people, product, and supplies get where they need to go quickly, safely, and efficientlykeeping service moving from the first tee to the final green.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Supervising and actively driving golf carts in support of food & beverage operations throughout the course
Transporting food, beverage, supplies, and team members between multiple locations across Shinnecock Hills
Leading by example by staying hands-on and assisting wherever operational support is needed
Coordinating routes, assignments, and priorities for golf cart drivers across the course
Ensuring safe and compliant operation of golf carts at all times
Communicating in real time with food & beverage managers and operations teams to respond to changing needs
Troubleshooting delays, rerouting resources, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
Must have a valid driver's license
Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic
Maintain emotional control under stress
Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
Strong organizational skills
