Our Golf Fitness Trainers optimize bodies for golf and overall well-being, delivering exceptional results.Position Summary:UGP is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals deeply passionate about golf and fitness to join our team as Golf Fitness Trainers. As a Golf Fitness Trainer, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities designed to optimize our clients' golf performance and overall well-being.Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting Private 1-on-1 Training Sessions: Delivering comprehensive 45-minute training sessions tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.Performing In-Depth Assessments and Performance Testing: Conducting thorough assessments and performance tests for every client to identify physical limitations and establish a baseline for improvement.Ensuring Safety and Performance Enhancement: Leading engaging, high-quality training sessions that align with the UGP philosophy. The Golf Fitness Trainer may be required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds may be necessary. Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, are required, along with the ability to adjust focus. The work environment is typically moderate in terms of noise level.Job Type: Full-time$55,000 to $75,000Fitness Trainer Salary Range$55,000—$75,000 USD
