E-Commerce Team Member at Goodwill

The E-commerce Team Member works in a fast-paced environment performing a variety of critical operational and online tasks. Including but not limited to reviewing donations for authenticity and value, online research, tracking and processing of donations, creating accurate online item listings to advertise and sell high value donations, packaging and shipping of sold merchandise and providing excellent customer service at all times. Job Description. Role and Responsibilities. Moves material within the E-commerce warehouse or office as needed using rolling carts, dollies or pallet jacks as needed. Sorts and processes a wide variety of merchandise accordingly to department standards. Tracks, labels, and records all processed merchandise using online tracking system. Sorts jewelry and separates into precious metals, designer brands, costume jewelry, scrap jewelry or bulk lots according to department standards.
