Stay current with the latestAI trendsand technologies especially Google GCP orAzureAI for Contact Center. Createand maintainAI modelsandalgorithms. ConductAI research to improve existing systemsand develop new technologies. Identify opportunities forAI solutions within the organizationand propose strategic plans. Train team membersand stakeholders onAIand itsapplications. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations inAIapplications. Monitor the performance ofAI systemsand make necessaryadjustments.
