Youll have the opportunity to influence Board-level decisions lead enterprise-wide initiatives and embed a strong risk culture. We offer a collaborative environment the chance to innovate and the support to grow your career while making a meaningful difference.What youll doYoull lead the development and maintenance of Tabcorps enterprise-wide risk frameworks and policiesensuring they are clear practical and aligned with Board expectations. Youll work closely with Line 1 Risk Partners and senior leaders to embed risk awareness and drive consistent application across the business. Key responsibilities include:Designing and maintaining Board-aligned risk frameworks and actionable policies.Managing TRACS and risk reporting cycles ensuring accurate insights for executives and the Board.Partnering with business units to interpret policies troubleshoot gaps and strengthen controls.Leading training and awareness initiatives to embed risk culture across the organisation.What youll bringExpertise in designing governance frameworks and translating complex risk concepts into practical policies.Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and drive adoption across diverse business units.Ability to manage multiple frameworks reporting cycles and competing priorities with confidence.Comfort working with risk systems and driving enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.Leadership capability to manage and develop junior staff while influencing senior stakeholders.What youll getDiverse leave options: bonus leave of 5 days annually cultural volunteer and 18-weeks parental leave.Access to corporate discounts and our leading health and wellbeing app.Monthly employee social activities competitions awards and free tickets to events.About UsTabcorp is Australias leading gambling entertainment company.
