This integrated approach provides the support and flexibility to meet the unique requirements of our clients.You will join a talented group of professionals who are advising U.S. government agencies with digital strategy customer experience process improvement technology effectiveness digital architecture and program integration.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Functional Lead you will be responsible for the following:Translating complex business requirements into detailed functional specificationsConfiguring and implementing solutions that align with business needsParticipate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their business requirementsPropose and design solutions using the extensive Power Platform capabilities to solve the identified business requirementsCustomize Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applicationsWork with developers and configuration resources to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirementsDeveloping solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changesEstablishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business functionExercising judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsTrain end-usersAnalytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policiesAbility to guide and develop junior team membersIn addition to your clients responsibilities you will also be expected to fulfil Manager-level responsibilities within the firm such as:Establish maintain and strengthen internal and external relationshipsCreate innovative insights for clients adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadershipAnticipate and identify risks and escalate any issues as appropriateDevelop people through effectively supervising coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning cultureConduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staffSkills and attributes for successStrong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience coming up with solutions to problemsPrior consulting experienceTo qualify for the role you must haveBachelors degreeCandidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance8 years of related experienceProven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship managementStrong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologiesMust be comfortable working in-person as neededDue to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector work may be required to be completed at client EY and/or contractor sites. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142600 to $261500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171200 to $297200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
